December starts tomorrow. A month of many kinds of celebrating - in our home and extended family, we have 6 birthdays, our 21st wedding anniversary, our Solstice celebration and a company party (tubing at a ski resort).

Hi I am Muslim (religion Islam)and we celebrate two festivals, Id-ul-Fitr and Id-ul-adha. The dates change every year because we use the Lunar calender. In any event we celebrated the Id Adha on Monday 8th December. It signifies the sacrifice Prophet Ibraheem(Abraham) made when he was prepared to slaughter his son Ismaeel (Ishmail) on God's command.
